Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily shipping operations and vehicle dispatch. * Coordinate loading, unloading, and order verification. * Verify documentation, routes, and delivery compliance. * Ensure correct product picking and inventory control. * Coordinate operational staff and assign tasks. * Track incidents and resolve operational deviations. * Monitor shipping cycle times and area productivity. * Maintain compliance with safety and food safety regulations. * Generate departmental reports and performance indicators. Required Profile * Education: High school diploma or higher * Minimum 2 years of experience supervising shipping, warehouse, or distribution operations. * Knowledge of logistics and inventory processes. * Intermediate Excel skills (reporting and tracking). * ERP or warehouse management system (WMS) experience preferred. * Flexible availability for work schedule.
