Requirements: * Experience supervising branches, operations, or personnel management * Availability for frequent travel * Strong communication skills and leadership ability * Organizational skills and results orientation * Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency * Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree (preferred) * Valid driver’s license (preferred) Responsibilities: * Supervise daily branch operations * Monitor goals and performance metrics * Oversee inventory and merchandise * Coordinate and support staff * Prepare reports * Verify order, store image, and customer service standards at branches * Resolve operational incidents * Monitor administrative and commercial processes We Offer: * Monthly salary of $18,000.00 * Commissions * Statutory benefits * Additional company-provided benefits * Continuous training * Excellent work environment * Growth opportunities Travel availability is mandatory.
