Customer Service and Retention: Greet and advise customers to the highest standards of quality and service, ensuring an exceptional experience that fosters loyalty. Cash Handling Procedures: Accurately process product payments and manage cash, strictly adhering to company procedures, policies, and controls. Goal Assurance: Actively collaborate with the team to maintain area profitability indicators. **Required Profile:** Experience: Minimum experience in sales, customer service, or cash handling (preferably in hospitality, retail, or entertainment sectors). Key Competencies: Strong results orientation, negotiation skills, proactivity, and excellent interpersonal communication.
