The selected candidate will provide psychological care, accompaniment, and intervention strategies focused on behavioral modification, strengthening personal skills, and emotional regulation. This vacancy is **open to recent graduates**, with a genuine interest in psychosocial work, community intervention, and supporting vulnerable adolescent populations. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct initial and follow-up psychological assessments. * Design and implement **individual intervention plans**. * Facilitate **workshops** focused on social skills, emotional regulation, impulse control, conflict resolution, and decision-making. * Apply basic crisis intervention techniques, emotional containment, and active listening. * Prepare psychological reports and documentation required by the institution. * Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive intervention strategies. * Monitor processes of social, educational, and family reintegration. * Maintain respectful, empathetic, and non-revictimizing interactions with adolescents and their families. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (graduated or in progress). * Interest in working with adolescents in situations of vulnerability. * Basic knowledge of: * adolescent developmental psychology, * brief intervention, * behavioral analysis, * behavioral modification techniques, * socioemotional skills. * Ability to prepare clinical and progress reports. * Excellent communication skills, emotional regulation, and service-oriented attitude. **Desirable Competencies** * Empathy and social sensitivity. * Collaborative multidisciplinary teamwork. * Frustration tolerance. * Organization and responsibility. * Mediation and peaceful conflict resolution skills. **We Offer** * Fee-based contract. * Intermediate medical expense coverage. * Collaborative work environment with a humanistic approach. * Opportunity to gain experience in psychological intervention with adolescent populations.
