Location: **Tepic, Nayarit.** **Job Requirements:** \- Minimum university education **with a degree in Engineering**, preferably in Telecommunications, Industrial, or related fields. \- Experience in Networks and Telecommunications. \- **Knowledge** of teamwork, **personnel supervision**, conflict resolution, and results orientation. **Job Responsibilities:** \- Supervise and coordinate the activities of installation technician teams. \- Ensure the proper operation of communication networks and systems. \- Effectively manage the work team. \- Conduct detailed supervision to ensure compliance with regulations. \- Prepare daily reports on work completed that day. Compensation and additional benefits: \- Monthly salary of 12500 to 16000\. (Based on qualifications) \- Life insurance. \- Company vehicle. \- Fuel allowance.
