We Are Seeking an Operational Supervisor At PVG, we are looking for an Operations Supervisor responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the proper functioning of operational activities within the warehouse/work center, guaranteeing productivity, process compliance, and an orderly work environment. \* Responsibilities Supervise daily operations in the assigned area Coordinate operational staff (task assignment and follow-up) Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures Manage personnel and operational incidents Monitor productivity, timelines, and results Report progress, deviations, and needs to management Support resolution of on-floor operational issues Ensure order and discipline in the workplace \* Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations, warehouse, or logistics supervision Experience managing operational staff Knowledge of warehouse/operational processes Completed high school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred, incomplete or completed) Leadership, effective communication, and results-oriented mindset Flexible availability for work schedule \* Key Competencies On-floor operational leadership Organization and control Problem-solving Decision-making under pressure Teamwork \* We Offer Competitive salary Statutory benefits Job stability Growth opportunities Positive work environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
