In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting new customers and developing successful businesses. Your primary objective will be to implement effective strategies to gain market share and achieve the company’s continuous growth. 100% field-based work Requirements: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) * Sales experience in trade channels or similar industries. * Networking skills. * Field sales experience. * Proven experience in cold prospecting, initiating and closing negotiations with clients. * Ability to track KPIs and maintain outstanding performance results. * Ability to build strong client relationships and maintain effective communication. * Results-oriented mindset and negotiation skills. * Standard vehicle and valid driver’s license (Mandatory, non-negotiable) Responsibilities: * Identify business opportunities and prospect new customers within the assigned market. * Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with existing and potential customers. * Implement market strategies to achieve established objectives. * Monitor established KPIs and maintain a high level of performance.
