Puratos Mexico is seeking: ***Maintenance Technician – UHT Plant*** Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on UHT process equipment. * Diagnose failures in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and instrumentation systems. * Interpret electrical, mechanical, and process flow diagrams (P&IDs). * Create and close work orders in SAP. * Manage spare parts and maintenance requirements. * Participate in equipment receipt, installation, and commissioning. UHT Plant Operations: * Ensure operational continuity of ultra-pasteurization lines and aseptic processes. * Work with equipment such as homogenizers, sanitary pumps, and aseptic valves. * Perform maintenance under strict food safety standards. * Prevent contamination risks arising from technical failures or interventions. * Collaborate with Production to optimize downtime and reduce stoppages. * Properly handle chemicals, lubricants, and critical materials. * Halt operations immediately in case of any food safety or safety risk. Monitoring and Control: * Execute the preventive maintenance plan. * Respond promptly to critical failures. * Document activities, deviations, and technical reports. * Ensure compliance with key performance indicators such as OEE, MTTR, and MTBF. * Maintain effective communication with Production and other departments. Requirements: * Technical degree in Maintenance, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience. * Experience in the food industry or regulated environments. * Availability to work rotating shifts. Knowledge and Competencies: * Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and instrumentation maintenance. * Experience with Tetra Pak machinery (TBA8, A3 Flex, Helix, etc.). * Experience in UHT plants or aseptic processes. * CIP/SIP systems. * Sanitary equipment: pumps, aseptic valves, homogenizers. * Aseptic packaging. * Interpretation of technical diagrams. * SAP or other maintenance management systems.
