Research and apply new technologies and software development best practices The Java Developer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining applications and systems using the Java programming language. This role involves working in multidisciplinary teams to create robust, scalable, and efficient solutions aligned with business requirements and software development best practices. **Responsibilities and Authorities** ### **Primary Responsibilities** * Analyze, design, develop, and maintain applications using Java and its associated frameworks. * Participate in defining requirements and technical estimations. * Implement unit and integration tests to ensure software quality. * Document code and development processes. * Collaborate with other developers, analysts, and technical leaders to achieve project objectives. * Identify and propose improvements in processes and application architecture. * Research and apply new technologies and software development best practices. * Provide support and maintenance for existing applications. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Required Technical Skills** * Proficiency in the Java programming language * Experience with the Spring Boot framework * Kafka, MongoDB, Kubernetes * GraphQL and GCP ### **ENGLISH: INTERMEDIATE** ### **Required Soft Skills** * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Proactivity and problem-solving orientation. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies. * Results-oriented mindset and attention to detail. * Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks. **Additional Information** Work arrangement: Hybrid (2 or 3 days per week in the office) Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
