Join the **iconic brands that are part of the daily lives of millions of people**, such as **FUD, San Rafael, La Villita, Bar\-S**, among others. ### **What will be your mission?** Support the **design and development of instructional materials** for internal training programs by creating **creative, functional, and innovative proposals**, aligned with **Universidad Sigma** standards and designed to enhance the learning experience of our employees. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Design instructional and educational materials for training (presentations, manuals, user guides, quizzes, infographics, etc.). * Adapt training content to various visual formats and platforms. * Support the development of resources for onboarding, courses, and internal workshops. * Participate in review and validation sessions for content with trainers and area leads. * Follow up on basic administrative tasks within the training department (material registration, version control, and schedule support). * Propose creative and dynamic ideas to improve the learning experience. * Provide logistical and creative support for training events or internal communication campaigns. ### **Requirements** * Currently enrolled student in **Graphic Design** or related fields. * Enrolled from the **6th semester onward**. * Basic or intermediate proficiency in design tools such as: * *Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint* (or similar). * Proficiency in **Excel, PowerPoint, Canvas, CapCut** is desirable. * Ability to write and structure content clearly and engagingly. * Excellent spelling and writing skills. ### **Desired Competencies** * Creativity and innovation * Proactivity and service-oriented attitude * Organization and effective time management * Effective communication * Teamwork * Attention to detail and focus on quality ### **What do we offer?** * Monthly financial support of $7000 (paid biweekly) * Practical experience at a leading company in the food sector. * Learning and mentorship in training and development projects. * Flexible schedule accommodating academic commitments. * Remote work modality with periodic office integration. * Professional skill development and portfolio building through project participation. **If you are interested in growing within a corporate and creative environment, apply through this channel and become part of Sigma Alimentos.**
