We firmly believe that the combination of solidarity, innovation, respect, loyalty, and responsibility is the perfect formula to become the best team in the financial sector. **Job Objective:** To conduct objective and in-depth credit analysis and issue a well-founded recommendation to support decision-making that ensures the healthy evolution of the Bank’s loan portfolio quality. Each day, you will face **new and interesting challenges** in your role, for which you will be responsible for: * Analyzing the industries and sectors in which clients operate, to develop an understanding of commercial, financial, and competitive risks—identifying inherent credit risks in each transaction and incorporating appropriate mitigants where applicable. * Conducting fundamental and projected analysis to assess repayment capacity through historical financial statement analysis and cash flow generation; evaluating projected repayment capacity by reviewing and collaborating with Banking on projection scenarios. * Maintaining ongoing communication, collaboration, and advisory support with Banking to develop an appropriate credit structure aligned with the transaction’s risk profile. * Monitoring institutional processes and guidelines while simultaneously ensuring process agility and appropriate response times. * Issuing a credit opinion for each application based on analyzed information and key identified risks. * Reviewing credit documents and processes in strict adherence to the Bank’s regulatory framework and existing regulations. * Participating in credit committee presentations, possessing thorough case knowledge to respond effectively to any questions raised by committee members. **Requirements:** Professional Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administrative or Engineering disciplines. Master’s degree preferred. Years of Experience: 1 year in Credit Analysis, Financial Statement Evaluation and Interpretation. Areas of Experience: Credit, Finance, Communication Required Knowledge: Microsoft Office suite. Proactive information gathering from diverse sources (Internet, news, rating agencies, specialized media, etc.) Languages: Spanish.
