Focus on large-scale events for global brands. **WORKBOX is seeking a Corporate Events Production Manager in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Company dedicated to corporate event and entertainment production for brands, artists, celebrities, etc., is looking for an **Executive Production Manager** with specific experience in AUDIOVISUAL events Responsibilities: * Budget Oversight: Ensure each project remains aligned with available resources. * Administrative Coordination: Manage administrative processes with clients, vendors, and staff to ensure smooth workflow. * Technical Expertise: Master audio, video, and lighting equipment to create unforgettable experiences. * Production Manuals: Structure and design technical riders that bring spectacular events to life in an organized and planned manner. Minimum 5 years’ experience in executive production of corporate events, entertainment, or shows. NOT social events. Knowledge of equipment and large-format audiovisual productions for global brands Event management, supervision of work teams. * Experience managing budgets and administrative processes. * Ability to lead large, multidisciplinary work teams. * Strong organizational, follow-up, and detail-oriented skills. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure. * Availability to attend events and conduct on-site operations.
