Supervise and monitor team performance. **UNIVERSIDAD CNCI DE MEXICO SC is seeking a Commercial Coordinator in Nuevo Centro Metropolitano \- Saltillo, Coahuila de Zaragoza** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Description **Position Title:** Graduate and International Programs Commercial Coordinator **Position Objective:** Ensure achievement of enrollment targets by planning and executing commercial, prospecting, and marketing strategies, as well as developing strategic relationships with educational institutions, companies, and other organizations—thereby ensuring institutional positioning and growth. **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure achievement of enrollment targets for new and continuing students. * Design and implement prospecting, promotion, and marketing strategies. * Generate new prospects through public relations and collaboration with schools, companies, and strategic partners. * Supervise and monitor the performance of the commercial advisory team. * Coordinate and track digital strategy (CRM, campaigns, digital marketing). * Participate in events, activations, and institutional promotional activities. * Prepare performance reports and analyze commercial KPIs. **Position Profile:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations, International Business, or related field (a graduate degree in administration is preferred). **Experience:** * Minimum 2\-3 years in consultative or educational sales. * Experience in prospecting, sales closing, and target achievement. * Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools. * Experience managing or supervising teams (preferred). **Knowledge and Skills:** * Commercial acumen and negotiation skills. * Leadership and effective communication. * Strategic planning. * Digital marketing and lead generation. * Goal-oriented work and performance-based metrics. **Language:** Intermediate English (70% proficiency preferred). **Compensation Package:** * Base salary: $23,000 MXN per month. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Savings fund: 5% / Savings box. * Grocery vouchers: 10% of salary. * Student scholarship of up to 80% for you and your family. **Preferred Education Level:** Master’s degree **Preferred Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Education **Industry:** Higher Education **Skills:** * Commercial * Administrative * Working under pressure *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a0749e43700002e0085e698\&source\=indeed*
