Management of materials with courier services and suppliers As an **Operational Driver and Shipping Assistant** at proAutomation, you will be responsible for the safe transportation of goods and assisting in loading and unloading operations. Your responsibilities include coordinating shipments, ensuring the integrity of transported materials, and supporting daily operational logistics. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hermosillo, SON. **Requirements:** * Valid driver's license. * Customer service experience and effective communication skills to interact with clients and teams. * Familiarity with transportation processes, shipping management, and truck cargo logistics. * Ability to manage basic operations, ensuring adherence to timelines and established logistical procedures. * Other desirable attributes include responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Perform timely delivery of goods at the Nogales customs office, ensuring compliance with established procedures. * Provide operational support in the shipping area to guarantee proper flow of materials and documentation. * Manage the delivery and receipt of materials and documents with courier services and external suppliers. * Coordinate and transport vehicles to preventive and corrective maintenance services. * Make payments to suppliers and follow up on corresponding documentation.
