DE C.V. is seeking a Call Center Executive in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **CALL CENTER EXECUTIVE** ============================ GDC Desarrollos \| Quantum Work Lab Condesa Base salary: $10,000 per month Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM \| Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM At GDC Desarrollos, we continue to grow and are seeking talent with commercial call center experience, customer service expertise, and prospect profiling skills to join the Quantum team. **What will you do?** --------------- * Make inbound and outbound calls to prospects. * Profile and qualify potential customers. * Identify needs and validate information. * Schedule appointments for the sales department. * Follow up and update leads in the CRM. * Achieve targets for number of calls, effective contacts, and qualified leads. **We are looking for someone with:** --------------------------- * Minimum 1–2 years of call center experience. * Sales, customer service, or customer profiling experience preferred. * Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls. * Strong verbal fluency and excellent communication skills. * Ability to handle objections and results-oriented mindset. * Organizational skills, follow-up capability, and ability to work under pressure. * Completed high school education. **Technical knowledge:** --------------------------- * Basic to intermediate Excel. * Database management. * Call center platforms and automatic dialers. * CRM systems and lead tracking. **Position indicators:** --------------------------- * Number of calls made. * Effective contacts. * Qualified leads. * Appointments scheduled. * Contact-to-appointment conversion rate. * Response time to prospects.
