This ethos lives in every space bearing our name. **Job Objective** To prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with technical precision, creativity, and consistency, delivering personalized service that elevates the guest experience at the bar and contributes to the unit’s operational and commercial performance—upholding the group’s highest standards of quality, hygiene, and responsibility. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare classic and signature cocktails according to group-established recipes, presentation standards, and portioning guidelines. * Directly serve guests at the bar with warmth, knowledge, and a service-oriented attitude. * Advise guests on the beverage menu: cocktails, wines, spirits, craft beers, and pairings. * Maintain a fully stocked and organized bar mise en place before and during service. * Monitor liquor, supplies, and glassware inventory, reporting discrepancies and losses at closing. * Coordinate beverage service timing with the dining room team for restaurant tables. * Operate the bar cash register and manage the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and responsible alcohol consumption regulations. * Perform deep cleaning of the bar, equipment, glassware, and work areas at shift close. * Propose seasonal beverage menu ideas and collaborate on developing new cocktails. * Attend trainings, tastings, masterclasses, and meetings convened by management. * Adapt flexibly to different units and concepts across the group as required by operational needs. **Required Profile** *Education and Experience* * Formal training in Bartending, Mixology, Enology, Hospitality, or related field (completed, in progress, or equivalent experience). * Minimum 1 year of bartender experience in restaurants, bars, hotels, or lounges. * Proficiency in mixology techniques: shaking, stirring, muddling, layering, infusions, and fat washing. * Solid knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, craft beers, and current beverage trends. * Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic inventory control. * Conversational English preferred (depending on assigned concept). *Competencies and Skills* * Genuine passion for beverages, hospitality, and bar culture. * Excellent communication, presence, and ability to connect with diverse guests. * Creativity to propose unique combinations and bar experiences. * Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability—to manage bar service and table service simultaneously. * Teamwork orientation and willingness to collaborate with dining room, kitchen, and management. * Responsibility in alcohol handling and adherence to responsible service protocols. * Flexibility to rotate across shifts (evening, night, weekends) and among group units. * Physical fitness to stand for extended periods in high-demand environments. **What We Offer** * Competitive base salary commensurate with experience and market standards. * Tips and participation in performance-based incentive programs. * Full statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus, vacation premium). * Access to trainings, tastings, masterclasses, and beverage certifications. * A real career development path within the group. * Opportunities to rotate across the group’s various concepts and restaurants. * Employee discounts on food and beverage consumption. * A creative, professional work environment with authentic team spirit.
