Responsibilities: * Handle incoming calls to generate evaluation appointments (HOT LEADS) * Manage the clinic’s appointment schedule, tracking treatments and client follow-ups—both in-person and via phone. * Ensure excellent customer service and effectively resolve any issues at reception * Maintain high standards of store presentation and policy compliance. (LEADERSHIP) Requirements: * Age: 29–38 * Executive appearance. * Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and customer service. * Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degrees in: Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Communications, Dentistry, Cosmetology, or related fields. * PLUS ... if you have worked in clinics such as spas, dental offices, dermatology practices, personal care services, or in telemarketing sales. Skills: * Leadership and team management. * Communication and customer service. * Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet objectives.
