We are seeking a professional responsible for developing unit prices for budgets of various construction projects and tenders, conducting detailed analysis of work productivity across different activities—such as labor and materials—as specified in the construction catalog. Required Profile: * Education: Civil Engineer, Architectural Engineer, Architect, or related degree (certified). * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role at a construction company. * Proficiency in Neodata. * Knowledge of unit pricing, budgeting, tendering, and cost control. Functions and Responsibilities: * Develop unit prices in Neodata based on concept catalogs, input breakdowns, and actual productivity data. * Evaluate economic proposals submitted in public tenders, restricted invitations, and direct awards, verifying their reasonableness and regulatory compliance. * Prepare budgets. * Gather current market information to update the cost database. * Determine construction volumes. * Coordinate with Operations Management to finalize the total budget and ensure proper submission procedures. * Collaborate with the Operations team to develop the project schedule. * Create and maintain an up-to-date database containing benchmark productivity rates, material costs, and labor costs for comparative analysis. * Review contractors’ budgets. * Develop the concept catalog. * Prepare and analyze concept catalogs, matrices, and input breakdowns. * Generate competitive economic proposals, ensuring data quality and deliverable integrity. Knowledge and Skills: * Advanced Neodata proficiency. * Unit price and zero-based budget analysis. * Familiarity with applicable regulations (e.g., Public Works Law, tender regulations, etc.). Position Type: Full-time Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: $15,000.00 net per month.
