Project Manager (Construction) Role Summary Responsible for coordinating and supervising all project phases, ensuring achievement of technical, financial, and quality objectives for luxury real estate developments in Los Cabos. Essential Requirements These qualifications are required to be considered for this position. * 10–15 years of experience in luxury construction projects. Projects valued over USD 5 million. * Proficiency in MS Project and advanced Excel; project financial control. * Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Civil Engineering, duly accredited by a recognized institution. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency is mandatory, along with willingness to relocate to Los Cabos. * Must have experience in: Construction \- Multifamily (Apartments/Condos), Construction \- Commercial High\-Rise (Office/Mixed\-Use), Construccion Infraestructura * \*\*MUST HAVE INDUSTRIES\*\*: Candidate must have experience working in any of these industries: Construccion Infraestructura, Construction \- Commercial High\-Rise (Office/Mixed\-Use), Construction \- Multifamily (Apartments/Condos) Key Challenges * Manage multiple multidisciplinary teams across complex urban development and infrastructure projects. * Ensure achievement of technical, financial, and quality objectives under tight deadlines. * Represent the project before clients and authorities, managing expectations and regulatory compliance. * Control budgetary and scheduling deviations in high-value projects. * Adapt quickly to local conditions and establish effective relationships with suppliers and authorities in Los Cabos for luxury projects. Key Responsibilities * Manage the project schedule, budget, contracts, and associated risks. * Plan, direct, and control end-to-end project execution from the execution phase through final delivery. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and validate construction cost estimates. * Represent the project before clients and local authorities. * Supervise adherence to quality standards at every project stage, ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
