




**1\. Education:** Civil engineering / Architecture (degree required; postgraduate degree preferred) **2\. Experience and competencies:** * Organization, control, administration, and monitoring of construction projects. * Ten years of experience supervising and managing diverse large-scale projects, preferably in urban development, residential buildings, and hospitality. * Contract management, budgeting, quality assurance, risk management, scheduling, and resource allocation. * Technical knowledge (construction systems, scheduling, construction logistics) essential for project execution. * Project management expertise aligned with international best practices (PMI, BIM, LEAN). * Coordination and supervision of surveying, site clearance, earthworks, hauling, transportation, paving, urban development, civil works, infrastructure, utility installations, and finishing works. * Organization of tenders, selection and oversight of construction contractors, designers, and consultants. * Effective communication during meetings to clearly and practically convey strategies and activities necessary to achieve objectives. * Preparation of physical and financial progress reports, expenditure reports, procurement records, budgetary control, incident reports, safety reports, etc. * Detailed interpretation of drawings across multiple disciplines (georeferencing, urban equipment, topographic surveys, paving, electrical networks, hydraulic networks, sanitary networks, stormwater drainage networks, etc.) * Ensuring compliance with targets and deadlines stipulated in contracts involving external teams engaged in the project. * Review of cost estimates and work quantity take-offs. * On-site personnel management. * Prior experience with construction management firms preferred. * Knowledge of construction regulations. * Review of architectural, structural, and MEP design documents. * Maintenance of construction logs. * Proficiency with PC applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Revit, Project, Internet. * Strong interpersonal skills with clients, staff, and team members. **3\.
