Key responsibilities or activities: - Supervise staff in weighing, sorting, routing, and affixing routing labels to each shipment. - Ensure availability of necessary equipment and tools for daily operations. - Supervise, control, and direct assigned operational personnel. - Develop training and professional development programs for assigned personnel. - Determine pre-alerts issued to locations, indicating the volume of cargo expected at each location. - Prepare and submit return performance indicators to the Shipment Control department. - Implement contingency plans. Requirements: Education: University degree. Industrial Engineering, Transportation, or Administration. Language: Basic English. Office software: Intermediate proficiency. Data analysis for vehicle control, loading criteria, and shipping guides.
