Position Summary: Grupo Balle is seeking a Construction Superintendent to plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects, ensuring compliance with schedules, applicable regulations, and standards. Grupo Balle, a company with over 18 years of experience providing comprehensive solutions in maintenance, construction, and rehabilitation of real estate assets nationwide, is seeking talent to join our team as: Construction Superintendent Work Location: External – Northern region of the country Monthly Salary: $28,000\-$30,000 net Per Diems: Transportation: Covered by the company Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction project execution, ensuring compliance with construction schedules, applicable regulations for hospitals and healthcare centers, quality, safety, and cost standards, as well as proper management of assigned human, material, and technical resources. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Architecture. Professional license (mandatory). Experience: Minimum 5 verifiable years in construction projects, with emphasis on Hospitals and Healthcare Centers, complying with current health sector regulations. Technical knowledge (CERTIFICATES MANDATORY) BESOP handling course (mandatory). Technical knowledge: Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and/or 3D. Proficiency in specialized software for control and budgeting: CivilCAD/OPUS/NEODATA. Interpretation of architectural, structural, and installation drawings. Preparation and control of estimates, generators, and physical\-financial progress reports. Knowledge of hospital construction regulations and site safety. Main Responsibilities Supervise proper execution of works per drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. Prepare and monitor construction schedules, progress reports, estimates, and generators. Coordinate and supervise on-site technical, administrative staff, and contractors. Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations on site. Review and validate the quality of materials and construction processes. Comply with technical regulations and guidelines for hospitals and healthcare centers. Respond to audits, inspections, and reviews conducted by authorities and clients. Control and manage project material, human, and financial resources.
