We are looking for your talent as a ***Construction Manager for Industrial Projects.***
**OBJECTIVES**
To supervise, monitor, control, and review assigned project works by implementing appropriate actions, verifying that the project progresses according to established work schedules and applicable regulations, and managing the supply of human and material resources.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Plan, organize, and supervise installation and assembly projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Schedule and conduct progress and execution presentations to our client, including technical\-financial reporting.
* Verify and ensure that technical systems (mechanical, electromechanical, structural, architectural, civil, electrical, control and automation, and special installations) are installed per approved designs.
* Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory protocols during and upon completion of execution (laboratory testing, programming, equipment calibration).
* Ensure end\-to\-end implementation of site logs and change control.
* Coordinate and assign roles to engineers, resident engineers, supervisors, technicians, and/or operators based on functions and specialties.
* Review and adjust technical scopes (design modifications due to changing requirements).
* Negotiate supply contracts (delivery timelines, warranties); establish penalty clauses for non\-compliance.
* Report physical and financial project progress (percentage of completion vs. budget).
* Prepare summaries for senior management (efficiency KPIs, critical risks).
* Present results in meetings with stakeholders (clients, investors).
* Prepare initial cost estimates (materials, labor).
* Monitor disbursements against the approved budget (alerts for cost overruns).
* Optimize costs through procurement strategies (framework agreements with suppliers).
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Degree and professional license in: **Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering**, or related fields.
* Experience in managing industrial or commercial installations (Mandatory).
* Knowledge of mechanical, electromechanical, structural, architectural, civil, electrical, control and automation, and special installation construction systems.
* Proficiency in planning software and project management tools (PROJECT) at intermediate/expert level (Mandatory).
* Proficiency in unit price analysis software (NEODATA, OPUS) at intermediate level.
* Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD/SOLID WORKS).
* Ability to interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and schematics.
