Job stability and growth opportunities. **Position Objective** To plan, control, and monitor construction budgets, ensuring efficient resource utilization, cost control, and financial compliance with the project schedule. **Responsibilities** * Preparation, control, and monitoring of construction budgets. * Cost analysis, unit pricing, and comparative analysis. * Control of estimates, physical progress, and budget variances. * Review and validation of executed work volumes. * Coordination with site supervisors and the administrative department. * Preparation of financial reports and cost control. * Planning and forecasting of construction expenses. * Identification of variances and proposal of corrective actions. **Requirements** * Proven experience of **3 to 4 years** in construction site control and budgeting. * Solid knowledge of costing, unit pricing, and construction processes. * Advanced Excel proficiency (**mandatory**). * Experience with **Opus and Diazar**. * Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills. * Availability to attend construction sites as required. **Important:** Only applications meeting **100% of the requirements** will be considered. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday, from 7:50 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Saturdays, from 7:50 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **We Offer** * Monthly salary of $23,000 MXN * Statutory benefits * Medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Uniforms and safety equipment * Job stability * Growth opportunities Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $23,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
