**Job Description** At PSAP (Providing Solutions and Packaging), we are a leading company in the market with over 20 years of experience dedicated to repair, manufacturing, heat treatment, distribution, and specialized packaging and wooden pallets (CHEP or TARIMA AZUL), committed to quality, efficiency, and customer service. **Position Objective:** Supervise daily operations in the production area, ensuring compliance with manufacturing plans, quality standards, safety, and productivity targets set by the company, while optimizing available human and material resources. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Coordinate and supervise operational staff on production lines or areas. \- Ensure compliance with daily and weekly production schedules. \- Verify that processes are carried out according to quality and safety standards. \- Monitor the efficient use of materials, machinery, and tools. \- Report incidents, downtime, waste, and losses. \- Implement continuous improvements in processes and work methods. \- Maintain attendance, performance, and personnel needs records for assigned team. \- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse departments to ensure operational continuity. \- Comply with and enforce internal safety, hygiene, and housekeeping policies. **Requirements:** \- Education: Technical high school diploma or incomplete degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or related field. \- Minimum experience: 2 years in a similar position (production supervision or coordination). \- Knowledge of process control, productivity indicators (OEE, efficiency, waste), and quality standards. \- Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting). \- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. **Competencies:** \- Leadership and effective communication. \- Planning and organization. \- Problem-solving. \- Results-oriented. \- Proactivity and commitment. **We Offer:** \- Statutory vacations \- IMSS coverage from day one \- Fixed day off on Sundays \- Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) \- Savings fund (Caja de ahorro) \- Weekly payment via card (we provide the card) \- Vacation premium \- All statutory benefits **Work Schedule:** \- Monday to Wednesday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. \- Thursday and Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. \- Saturday: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $12,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site
