Essential and verifiable experience: Minimum 2 years in operational supervision or field coordination (preferably in maintenance, installation, or technical service companies). Extensive knowledge of Mexico City and the metropolitan area. Availability to travel. Proficiency with digital tools. Office software package. Handling reports, inventories, and logs. Basic electronic equipment maintenance. Valid driver's license. **Main responsibilities:** Manage attendance, punctuality, and route compliance of operational staff. Supervise the technical operations team in the field. Verify the physical and mechanical condition of the vehicle fleet. Follow up on maintenance schedules. Review and validate service reports completed by technicians. Ensure compliance with internal policies. Collaborate with sales and administrative departments to ensure smooth communication. Participate in and propose improvements to operational processes. Monitor team performance, promoting adherence to productivity and service quality indicators.
