




The position requires strategic thinking, mastery of the Federal Labor Law, **high-level negotiation skills**, and the ability to implement effective labor policies that drive compliance and reduce risks in a highly dynamic operation. ### **Responsibilities** * Design, update, and implement **labor policies and processes** aligned with **current regulations.** * Ensure proper application and **implementation of the Federal Labor Law and complementary regulations.** * Address and resolve **individual and collective labor disputes**, applying effective mediation and conciliation strategies. * Represent the company before **labor authorities, inspections, and conciliation boards.** * Coordinate and lead **labor or union negotiations**, demonstrating **high-level negotiation** and diplomacy. * Manage internal **labor audits** and establish preventive or corrective action plans. * Supervise the proper administration of **contracts, employee movements, and personnel records.** * Advise middle management and executives on legal compliance, labor relations, and decision-making. * **Monitor and analyze Labor Relations (ER) indicators**: lawsuits, conciliations, turnover, incidents, and regulatory compliance. * Train key personnel on **compliance, regulations, and labor culture.** ### **Requirements** * **Bachelor’s degree in Law, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or related field.** * **3 to 5 years of proven experience** in Labor Relations, preferably in **retail companies or those with extensive field operations.** * In-depth knowledge and practical experience in the **implementation of current labor regulations.** * **Handling and analysis of ER (Labor Relations) indicators.** * Proven experience in **high-level union or labor negotiations.** * Knowledge of **collective bargaining agreements, conciliations, inspections, and labor claims.** * Advanced proficiency in **Excel and Office tools.** * Desired experience with ERP systems or personnel management platforms. * Availability to conduct **store or distribution center visits.** ### **Key Competencies** * **Strategic negotiation and assertive communication.** * Analytical thinking and indicator management. * Conflict resolution and effective mediation. * Planning, organization, and execution. * Professional ethics and confidentiality. * Adaptability and operational focus. ### **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding legal requirements. * Continuous professional training and development. * Work tools and mobility support. * Opportunity to join a company with a solid structure and purpose. ### **Job Type** Full-time, on-site Location: **Mexico City**
