Communication skills, self-management, and problem-solving abilities **JUNIOR QUALITY ENGINEER** **Profile:** Industrial Engineer or related field English: Intermediate – Advanced Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer and/or Quality Auditor in the automotive industry **Knowledge of:** IATF, ISO 14001 Core tools Lean manufacturing SPC, GD\&T **Skills:** Strong communication ability Self-management Decision-making Problem-solving **Responsibilities:** Ensure the technical foundation for operational and process control, verifying that manufactured products comply with specifications and customer requirements (CSR) Address customer complaints and various customer requirements (CSR) via their portal Coordinate containment activities and material sorting at Compartec plant and customer plant (CSR) via their portal Coordinate the team and root-cause analysis for problem resolution Participate in various plant audits (VDA 6\.3, CQCL, VDA 2\) Manage and analyze SPC, process and product CPKs, and report to customers according to their CSR Generate and analyze weekly and monthly PPM charts, internal/external rejections, and internal scrap percentage, reporting to customers according to their CSR Manage the team of quality auditors **We Offer:** Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
