




We are looking for a **bilingual HR Coordinator** focused on labor relations. This person must have experience in generalist, supervisor, leader, or manager positions in human resources within manufacturing companies. **Profile:** * Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related fields. * **Advanced spoken English (mandatory)** **Experience:** * 3 years of experience in a similar role and at least 1 year in manufacturing companies. * Experience in labor relations directly on the shop floor or production areas providing employee support. * Negotiations and procedures before conciliation and arbitration and STPS. * Desirable experience managing employee dining services and transportation. **Knowledge:** * Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law / Labor Relations / Social Security Law / Infonavit Law. **(mandatory)** * Experience with IDSE / SUA systems. **(desirable)** * Theoretical knowledge of salaries, wages, and compensation to address employee inquiries. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Knowledge of Workday \| Nomiplus \| RH7 \| Cronos or similar systems. **Responsibilities:** * Administer internal salary change processes for promotions and/or changes in responsibilities. * Create and manage new employee files. * Coordinate internal communication campaigns. * Support in organizing institutional events. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $32,000. * Savings fund. * Grocery vouchers. * 30 days of Christmas bonus. * SGMM (Group Medical Insurance). **Location: Parque Industrial Bernardo Quintana, Queretaro.** Job type: Full-time Salary: $32,000\.00 \- $35,000\.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Desirable) Experience: * Recruitment and selection: 3 years (Desirable) Workplace: On-site
