As part of our growth, we are seeking a Bilingual Operations Analyst for Category Management (Category Management) in a hybrid work arrangement. **About Your Role:** You will be responsible for providing operational tracking of Category Management initiatives. Our offer includes: * **Compensation:** $30,000 to $35,000 MXN net per service contract. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. * **Work Location:** Hybrid (Wednesdays and Thursdays at our offices in Col. Granada Plaza Carso) **What You Need to Know** * Minimum 3–4 years of experience as: Operations Analyst, Category Management Analyst, Category Operations Support, or Category Specialist. * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. * Fluent conversational English. * 2–3 years of experience supporting marketing, category, or trade marketing functions in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Retail, or agency sectors; including coordination and monitoring of timelines, deliverables, approvals, and tracking of assortment and profitability processes such as RPC, MR, NPLs, LPE, PoS. * 2–3 years of project management experience, including preparation and execution, Point-of-Sale (PoS) or Point-of-Distribution (PDV), material samples, status reporting, operational presentations, agendas, meeting minutes, action items, and use of software tools such as Adobe Workfront, Asana, Jira, Monday, etc. * Familiarity with or experience managing KPIs such as Gross Margin, Competitiveness, Innovation Rate, Sales, OSA, Fill Rate, etc., and proficiency with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Power Query, Looker Studio, Power BI, QlikView, etc. * Highly desirable: knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platforms such as Aras PLM, Arena PLM, Autodesk Fusion, Oracle PLM, SAP PLM. **Desired Education Level:** Higher education — incomplete **Desired Experience Level:** Entry Level **Departmental Function:** Marketing / PR / Communications **Industry:** Software Development / Programming **Skills:** * Power BI Excel PLM * Product RPC MR NPL LPE * Asana Jira Adobe PDV * SAP Oracle FMCG PoS * Meeting Minutes Projects KPI *This vacancy is sourced from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a14fa974900003a001e1e69\&source\=indeed*
