Bachelor’s degree or technical certification with 3 years of experience in offshore drilling equipment (for personnel holding a bachelor’s degree) or 4 years of experience in offshore drilling equipment (for technical personnel). * Provide pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight support to the aircraft pilot-in-command with operational reports from the platform. * Maintain proper operation of onboard radio communication equipment. * Conduct continuous monitoring of meteorological conditions. * Deliver operational safety briefings to personnel arriving at the facility via air transport. * Record all platform operations in a physical logbook. * Update lifeboat lists daily. * Fulfill responsibilities outlined in the Roles and Responsibilities matrix for any event. * Actively participate in implementing ISO integrated management systems. * Record payroll-related incidents for onboard personnel. * Support asset (ASSET) management and inventory control. * Track personnel logistics processes through the SHOP system (Pemex System). * Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor related to the primary role. * Assist field personnel daily with operational reporting to maintain control over information regarding consumed and required supplies. * Communicate internal and client strategies to personnel to ensure practical operational activities comply with established standards and procedures. * Collect and disseminate information regarding unsafe conditions or health and environmental risks among crew members to implement necessary corrective actions for anomalies identified by the client and/or external entities. * Report daily the number of operating workers, administrative expenses, and food costs for the drilling crew to the Human Resources Department to ensure appropriate payment disbursement. * Prepare daily travel and per diem expense reports for personnel to maintain strict adherence to the operational program.
