If you have experience leading teams and expertise in high-quality furniture manufacturing, we want to meet you! **What We Offer:** * **Monthly Salary:** $15,000\.00 to $16,000\.00 MXN gross. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00 hrs. * **Location:** Ahuizotla, Naucalpan, State of México. **Main Requirements:** * **Experience:** 3 to 7 years in woodworking and at least 2 years supervising personnel. * **Technical Skills:** Blueprint reading, material take-offs, and in-depth knowledge of furniture manufacturing. * **Machinery:** Proficiency with miter saws, veneer presses, routers, and CNC knowledge. * **Availability:** Occasional weekend work as required by project needs. **Your Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and execute efficient workshop operations (production and quality). * Supervise and train the carpentry team. * Manage inventory, material procurement, and supplier relations. * Ensure machinery maintenance and compliance with safety standards.
