Professional internship release Provide support to the Revenue Management department in information analysis, reservation tracking, and internal communication processes, developing skills in revenue optimization strategies and hotel sector occupancy. Responsibilities * Assist customers with potential reservations by providing clear and timely information regarding rates, availability, and hotel services. * Respond to emails and social media messages from customers and prospects. * Answer telephone calls and route requests as appropriate. * Operate hotel systems for reservation inquiry and registration. * Monitor confirmed and pending reservations promptly. * Assist in preparing operational and commercial reports. * Analyze results and metrics. Requirements * Currently enrolled in Tourism, Hotel Administration, or a related field. * Interest in numerical analysis and commercial strategies. * Basic-to-intermediate Excel proficiency (pivot tables preferred). * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Proactivity and willingness to learn.
