Ensure that testing activities are carried out in accordance with established processes, plans, industry best practices, and efficient use of tools. Each day you will face **new and interesting challenges** within your role, for which you will be responsible for: * Coordinating system testing with other IT and non-IT participants assigned to specific work items (folios). * Ensuring completion of testing activities and maintaining high-quality execution standards. * Managing factory resources assigned per folio (e.g., tracking hours, monitoring performed and recorded activities). * Administering the testing budget per project (approvals and payments). * Reviewing and approving test artifacts (e.g., estimates, strategies, plans, etc.). * Confirming test scope and ensuring all necessary test scenarios are covered. * Monitoring testing process activities (e.g., ALM, design, execution, etc.). * Identifying, communicating, and tracking risks. * Developing risk mitigation plans. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Systems-related fields. * Areas and years of experience: 2 years + Testing, Project Management, IT Project Management + Team coordination + Banking or Financial Sector * Required knowledge: + Testing practices (High) + ISTQB Foundation certification (Desirable) + Team coordination (High) + Banking or Financial Sector (Medium) + Testing tools: ALM, Jira (Medium) + SAP S/4 (Medium) + SAP FPSL and PaPM (Desirable) * Languages: Basic English. * Willingness to travel: N/A * Willingness to relocate: N/A At Banorte, we operate under a principle of equal opportunity.
