Ensuring continuous improvement **DEVELOPMENT TECHNICIAN** **Purpose of the Position:** Provide comprehensive technical support throughout the entire lifecycle of engineering projects. The incumbent will be responsible for technical execution, process optimization using Kaizen methodologies, and ensuring continuous improvement, guaranteeing that equipment and facilities operate under the highest standards of efficiency and safety. **Responsibilities:** * Fulfill indicators, tasks, and reports assigned by the immediate supervisor, ensuring timely closure of work orders. * Execute immediate corrective actions arising from inspections, findings, or incidents in the work area. * Provide technical support during project implementation and continuous improvement activities. * Assemble electrical and pneumatic control panels according to electrical diagrams, pneumatic schematics, and technical drawings. * Perform industrial equipment assembly, including electrical, pneumatic, or related systems installation. * Interpret diagrams and technical specifications to ensure correct system assembly. * Properly handle cutting, measuring, drilling, assembly, and diagnostic tools. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree or incomplete Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering * Experience: 2 years * Specific knowledge: Electronics, Mechanics, Pneumatics **We Offer:** BROKEN-DOWN SALARY: * Monthly salary range (based on experience): $13,071.42 \- $15,200.00 * Weekly punctuality and attendance bonus: $210.00 * Weekly food vouchers: $200.00 * Transportation support bonus: $200.00 * Savings fund matched at 100% * IMSS contributions at 100% of salary * Vacation premium at 30% * Christmas bonus equivalent to 15 days' pay * Official statutory holidays are non-working days * Fixed weekly rest day: Sunday * Uniform and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Total monthly compensation \+ vouchers and bonuses (based on experience): $15,720.56 \- $17,849.14 **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Location: Las Huertas, Guadalupe, N.L.
