This position is critical for designing and overseeing agricultural and livestock insurance programs, ensuring the technical sustainability of financial products with significant regional impact. ### **Key Responsibilities** **Technical Program Design:** Define crop- and region-specific insurance programs, considering climatic variables, planting cycles, and growth models. **Underwriting and Valuation:** Validate premiums and insured amounts, ensuring product competitiveness and technical consistency. **Product Innovation:** Develop new specialized insurance products integrating market factors and satellite technology. **Technological Integration:** Implement geotechnological tools (e.g., NDVI vegetation indices, sensors, and climate models) for risk valuation. **Strategic Leadership:** Manage a team of approximately 12 people and coordinate service-level agreements (SLAs) with Reinsurance, Claims, and Operations departments. **Claims Management:** Assess and adjust agricultural claims through field analysis and advanced forecasting. ### **Who Are We Looking For?** **Education:** Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Sciences, or Agrotechnology. **Experience:** Technical roles in insurance companies, reinsurers, or financial institutions serving the agri-sector. **Technological Expertise:** Proven experience in climate modeling and satellite imagery analysis. **Languages:** Advanced English (mandatory for international coordination). **Leadership Skills:** Prior experience leading executive teams of at least 10 people. **Mobility:** Willingness to travel nationally and internationally. ### **Critical Competencies** Superior analytical capacity for planning complex risks.
