Civil engineer graduate residing in Guadalajara/ZMG, **mandatory** solid foundational knowledge of structural engineering, 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position; committed and required to have a PASSION for structural calculation and design, as well as implementation of new technologies. **This position is presential.** **Main responsibilities:** \- Perform structural analysis for residential and industrial projects, based on prior experience and structural knowledge. \- Support in developing executive structural projects. \- Prepare calculation reports. \- Create and update spreadsheets. \- Conduct ongoing research in the field of structural engineering. **Skills:** \- Proactive and self-taught. \- Logical/mathematical reasoning with strong comprehension ability. \- Capable of problem-solving and sound information analysis. \- Interest and passion for structural engineering. \- Organized and responsible. \- Teamwork. **Requirements:** **\- Mandatory** minimum 1 year as Junior Structural Analyst or similar role; 3 years preferred. \- **Mandatory** knowledge of fundamental structural engineering principles for structural analysis, structural dynamics, and ease of learning. \- Interest in structural engineering and application of new construction technologies. \- Residency in Guadalajara or surrounding areas.
