Proficiency in AI tools for analysis and content production We are a consulting firm specializing in strategy and innovation projects, headquartered in Monterrey, Nuevo León. We are currently seeking a Strategic Projects Consultant who will serve as the primary client contact for strategy and innovation projects. As a consultant, you will play a high-impact role in daily operations, ensuring strategic initiatives progress with clarity, order, and effective communication through the following activities: **Key Responsibilities** * Track strategic projects to ensure timely delivery of outputs and deadlines. * Prepare executive presentations and progress reports for clients. * Actively participate in client meetings. * Support the design and facilitation of workshops, working sessions, and executive events. * Proficiency in AI tools for analysis and content production. * Project management and concurrent tracking of multiple accounts. * Contribute to improving internal processes and working methodologies. **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business, Communications, International Relations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Two or more years of experience in consulting, project management, strategic planning, or similar roles. * Demonstrable client-facing experience in professional services environments. * Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, or equivalent tools. * Practical experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or others). * Competence in project management and task tracking. * Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in Spanish. * Professional presence and readiness to interact with executive- and managerial-level clients. * Willingness to travel occasionally to client offices.
