We are looking for: **SECURITY SERVICE MANAGER** **Responsibilities:** * Operational personnel schedule control * Identification of DNS service requirements, risk and vulnerability analysis of security services * Execution of specific instructions * Development of work plans and coverage schedules * Preparation of incident reports for services and meeting minutes with clients * Follow-up on security equipment requirements * Preparation of reports on relevant developments * Coordination of operational personnel **Requirements:** * Education: High school diploma * Valid driver's license * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM \- 7:00 PM * Experience: Verifiable experience in private security * Personnel management experience (mandatory) **Compensation and Benefits Package:** * Monthly gross salary of 23,000 MXN * Statutory benefits * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) * Weekly payroll * Employment location: Parque Industrial Parque Tecnológico, 65583 Ciénega de Flores, N.L.
