Position Summary: Provide customer service in sales, handle documentation, invoicing, payments, and support portfolio management, ensuring regulatory compliance and service standards. Opportunity for development in a diverse and inclusive environment **Job Description** ------------------------- Provide optimal customer service during sales, adhering to applicable regulatory frameworks. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- 1\. • Serve customers at the counter and by telephone. 2\. • Maintain orderly documentation and physical files related to your role both in the work area and in any location used as storage or archive; as well as cleanliness of your workspace. 3\. • Request authorization code from the Portfolio Administrator for credit sales and whenever the customer requests materials by telephone or at the counter; 4\. • Issue invoices and receive payments. 5\. • Prepare bonuses upon appropriate authorization. 6\. • Process and issue invoice cancellations and replacements when required under current regulations. 7\. • Prepare the Daily Sales Closing Report. 8\. • Deliver the Daily Sales Closing Report and supporting documentation to the Portfolio Administrator for review. 9\. • Take customer orders. 10\. • Manage the petty cash fund when assigned. 11\. • Safeguard invoices pending collection\*. 12\. • Generate and provide the Sales Representative or Store Manager with system-generated collection reports and overdue invoices for collections management\*. 13\. • Receive and safeguard supporting documentation, payments, original payment receipts, and/or original deposit slips evidencing collections\*. 14\. • Generate customer account statements upon request\*. 15\. • Monitor proper collection and portfolio recovery\*. 16\. • Record collections deposited into the bank accounts of Proveedora Mexicana de Materiales, S.A. de C.V.\*. 17\. • Follow Security Code procedures and directives for specified activities. 18\. • Comply with the company’s Code of Ethics. 19\. • Use your login credentials and user ID responsibly across various corporate information systems, tools, and applications; enter, update, and provide required information timely and accurately per established Construrama Promexma processes and practices; and comply with CEMEX’s information security and confidentiality policies. 20\. • Perform other duties inherent to your position and business needs. 21\. \* These activities will be performed by the Sales Administrator / Billing Clerk in cases where the Portfolio Administrator is not physically present at the branch. **Job Challenges** -------------------- 1\.
