### **Safety and Environment Supervisor**
We are seeking a Safety Engineer with experience in industrial construction to join our team.
**Objective:**
Supervise and ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment guidelines through documentary verification, field supervision, and application of current regulations to prevent risks and guarantee safe execution of activities.
**Requirements:**
* Knowledge of Safety, Health, and Environment regulations.
* Experience in work permits, risk analysis, and contractor supervision.
* Ability to work in the field and perform operational follow-up.
* Leadership, effective communication, and preventive mindset.
**Responsibilities:**
* Review and validate legal documentation and plant entry requirements for contractors and visitors.
* Supervise construction and service works in the field, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and standards.
* Identify deviations, risks, and areas for improvement in protocols, permits, and risk assessments.
* Follow up and provide feedback to contractors’ safety supervisors.
* Verify compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment rules, regulations, and guidelines.
* Implement and manage Safety, Health, and Environment programs.
* Participate in and lead root cause analyses related to incidents and project execution.
**Technical Knowledge**
* Safety, Health, and Environment regulations applicable to industrial and construction projects.
* Risk analysis and development/review of risk assessments.
* Supervision of high-risk activities.
* Knowledge of legal and safety documentation required for plant access.
* Familiarity with applicable industrial safety regulations and standards.
* Field safety inspections and audits.
* Management of safety and compliance indicators.
* Knowledge of personal protective equipment (PPE) use and risk control.
* Proficiency in Office software and technical documentation preparation.
**Minimum 5 years of experience**
