Last-Mile and Shipment Coordinator

Description

A prominent company specializing in logistics and transportation is seeking a **Last-Mile and Shipment Coordinator** to support the following activities: * Schedule delivery calendars to branches (route planning) * Determine the shipping method (courier service or dry van) based on volume and profitability * Supervise cargo loading, transit, and receipt of goods at the receiving branch **(supply chain)** * Prepare consolidated merchandise picking lists for warehouse staff to fulfill * Execute stock transfers via Dynamics * Conduct cyclic, targeted, and full warehouse inventories * Supervise receipt, counting, labeling, and placement of materials after reviewing purchase orders (POs) and invoices * Supervise maintenance of company-owned vehicles and preparation of vehicle checklists Requirements: * Completed university degree in logistics, business administration, industrial/process engineering, or related field * Minimum 3 years of experience in shipments, last-mile delivery, logistics, distribution, and warehousing—preferably within a transportation-sector environment * Availability to occasionally work extended shifts * Experience in route planning and last-mile operations * Proficiency with ERP and/or WMS systems * Experience managing direct reports and performance indicators (KPIs) * Intermediate Excel skills We offer: * Bi-weekly salary * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Meal vouchers * Life insurance * Bonus for achieving targets Position type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Benefits: * Savings account * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Meal vouchers Work location: On-site employment
