**Job Overview** BlackHawk Industrial is seeking a proactive and experienced **Regional ToolCrib Integration Manager** to join our team in Mexico. This critical role is responsible for leading the implementation, management, and optimization of ToolCrib (tool vending) solutions at our customers' facilities. **Key Responsibilities:** * **ToolCrib Staff Leadership:** Directly supervise and manage staff assigned to customers' ToolCrib locations * **Inventory and Consignment Management:** Be **responsible for operations handling consigned inventory**. **Minimum/maximum (min/max) inventory stock levels** * **Stock Add Form and Cycle Count Management:** **Define and review "stock add" forms (stock addition)** * **Implementation and Deployment:** * **Project Management:** Manage toolcrib integration projects, including scope definition, schedule establishment, resource allocation, progress monitoring, and issue resolution to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. * **Analysis and Optimization:** Conduct analysis of customers' current processes to identify opportunities for improvement in inventory management, tool consumption, and operational efficiencies through the toolcrib solution. * **Customer Service and Relationship Management:** Provide **excellent customer service** during and after the integration process. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer personnel, address their needs, and ensure their satisfaction. * **Quotation and Pricing Management:** Prepare and present detailed quotations for integration solutions and associated products. * **Customer Collaboration:** Serve as the primary advisor and escalation point for operational questions or issues with customers—whether during integration or day-to-day operations—ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction. * **Training and Support:** Train customer personnel on jointly managed process components and provide ongoing support to ensure maximum operational effectiveness. * **System Integration:** Collaborate with BlackHawk and customer IT and operations teams to ensure successful integration of toolcrib systems with **Epicor P21** and other ERP, MES, or customer management systems. * **Communication with Headquarters:** **Maintain continuous communication with Project Managers and Integration and Centralization teams in the USA** to align processes, share updates, resolve challenges, and ensure adoption of BlackHawk Industrial’s global standards. * **Best Practices:** Develop and promote best practices for ToolCrib and tool inventory management to ensure efficiency and continuous optimization, based on corporate standards. Ensure standardized material inbound and outbound procedures. * **Savings Generation:** Ensure identification and quantification of cost savings and efficiencies delivered to the customer through implementation of the ToolCrib solution. * **Reporting:** Provide regular reports on customer operational status: performance metrics and customer benefits, including ToolCrib staff performance, inventory status, stock-outs, and E&O. * **Travel:** Frequent travel within Mexico to visit customer facilities and oversee integrations and ToolCrib staff, as well as meetings with suppliers—and occasionally to the United States to coordinate with headquarters teams. **Qualifications and Skills** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related technical field. A Master’s degree (MBA) is an advantage. * **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience including: * Project management and/or solution integration in industrial environments. * Specific experience with toolcrib systems, industrial vending, or VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) is highly desirable. * **Industrial Knowledge:** Solid understanding of manufacturing, maintenance, and/or industrial distribution operations. * **Languages:** **Advanced English proficiency (C1 or native level) is mandatory for communication with US teams and comprehension of global processes and standards.** * **Project Management Skills:** Experience with project management methodologies.
