Your primary objective will be to ensure the timely supply of materials, securing the best cost-benefit ratio while maintaining solid supplier relationships. Key Responsibilities 1. Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers. Negotiate payment terms, delivery timelines, and discounts. 2. Procurement Cycle: Issue purchase orders, track orders, and ensure goods arrive on time and in full. Additionally, maintain administrative control for handover to the Accounting Department. 3. Cost Analysis: Monitor market prices to identify potential savings and optimize the department’s budget. 4. Inventory Control: Coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stockouts or overstocking. 5. Compliance: Ensure all procurements comply with internal policies and quality regulations. Profile Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar roles (preferably in the Industrial/Services sector). Preference for candidates residing in Tequixquiac, Apaxco, or Zumpango. Technical Skills: ERP system proficiency Advanced Excel (pivot tables, logical formulas). Soft Skills: Effective negotiation, analytical thinking, integrity, ability to work under pressure, proactive attitude. What We Offer?
