Ensures complete and successful project delivery Job Objective Responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the proper execution of projects nationwide, guaranteeing compliance with operational, financial, and administrative objectives, as well as appropriate customer service, cost control, and project profitability. Main Responsibilities * Supervise and manage multiple projects simultaneously nationwide. * Coordinate and lead work teams of over 50 people across various locations in the country. * Ensure high standards of customer service and support. * Prepare estimates, engineering projections, and project budgets. * Conduct financial analysis, cost control, and profitability tracking. * Manage and monitor profit-and-loss (P\&L) statements. * Generate cost, profit, and loss projections for strategic decision-making. * Ensure complete project delivery, including technical files, administrative documentation, and corresponding deliverables. * Monitor adherence to timelines, scope, and allocated resources. * Coordinate operational, administrative, and technical personnel to ensure proper project execution. * Prepare executive reports on progress, costs, and operational performance. Requirements * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields). * Demonstrable experience in: * Customer service. * National-level personnel management. * Simultaneous management of multiple projects. * Cost control and forecasting. * Budgeting and estimation. * Financial management and P\&L analysis. * Project documentation delivery and administrative closure. * Experience leading teams of over 50 employees. * Knowledge of financial control, profitability, and operational forecasting. * Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills. * Willingness to travel.
