Position Summary: Supervise and coordinate the receipt, sorting, packaging, and dispatch of Persian limes, ensuring quality standards, on-time delivery, and operational efficiency for export. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the production and packaging of Persian limes for export 2. Ensures compliance with quality standards and operational efficiency 3. Coordinates personnel, monitors performance, and implements BPM Guarantee the proper execution of the processes of receipt, sorting, packaging, and dispatch of Persian limes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, delivery timelines, and operational efficiency, aligned with export requirements. Supervise and coordinate daily production activities at the packing facility. Ensure adherence to the packaging schedule according to orders and priorities. Verify that the product meets quality standards. Coordinate operational personnel. Monitor performance, losses, and productivity. Implement BPM. Supervise the proper use of packaging materials. Coordinate internal logistics. Maintain constant communication with HR, Quality, Logistics, and Administration. Industrial Engineer or Technician with verifiable experience (minimum 2 years). Salary: $4,000.00 \- $4,500.00 per week Workplace: On-site employment
