Join us to make your contribution. **Your impact** Own process development from concept pilot PPAP/FAI ramp* stabilization. * Author and maintain PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow, and Work Instructions (SOPs, JIS). * Define process parameters, CTQs, and capability targets (Cp/Cpk) for critical operations. * Lead DOE, MSA (GR\&R), and capability studies; interpret results and permanently integrate controls. * Design and validate tooling, jigs, fixtures, nests, locator pins, end\-effectors, and gauging for machining, assembly, forming, or test operations. * Specify materials, tolerances, datum schemes, and GD\&T; ensure ergonomics and safety compliance. **Your Experience and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related. * 5 years experience in manufacturing/process engineering with direct tooling/fixture design ownership. * Proficiency with CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, Inventor) * Hands\-on experience with rapid prototyping (3D printing, soft tooling, urethane casting) for fixtures/proofs\-of\-concept. * Languages: Advanced Spanish, Upper Intermediate English. **Your Benefits** * Major Medical Expense Plan and Life Insurance. * Food vouchers and Savings Fund. * On\-site Cafeteria Service. * Professional development through training and learning opportunities within the organization. * Work\-life balance.
