**Job Description** 1\.Responsible for the efficient administration of Human Resources and materials in assigned maintenance areas within the painting plant. 2\.Ensure compliance with the training program focused on safety, in accordance with the "gol por la seguridad" program, JSRA and JSRP programs; participate in safety walkthroughs identifying abnormalities, take immediate action in case of incidents, and address root causes of problems 3\.Develop and execute plans to increase the efficiency of each line by identifying bottleneck issues and analyzing historical failure data (Data Collection) from machine stoppages and operational defects in equipment and facilities 4\.Track EWOs from significant stoppages derived from root cause analyses to eliminate waste and improve equipment availability and performance 5\.Monitor and implement improvements to increase line and process efficiency 6\.Create, modify, and monitor preventive maintenance programs applicable to all automatic equipment and tools within the TMS 7\.Facilitate implementation of the Maintenance Domain of SPW and integration of department operations with other domains. Apply SFM daily as a KPI tracking tool 8\.Provide technical support to subordinate personnel (TL and Maintenance Technicians) in solving equipment and tool problems 9\.Collaborate with ME in the design, manufacturing, installation, initial testing, and initial flow of new projects 10\.Manage suppliers for various services related to external maintenance of Painting equipment 11\.Liaise with suppliers to resolve problems and warranty claims 12\.Identify, create, and track spare parts installed on equipment and tools 13\.Identify, create, and track materials and special jobs to achieve optimal machine performance and meet line equipment performance indicators 14\.Develop and adjust maintenance activity schedules during available production times and technical stops to optimize and enhance utilization of available resources 15\.Support Maintenance and Production Team Leaders by contributing to the fulfillment of their responsibilities * Continuously monitor shift operations, resolve issues immediately, and follow up on pending tasks for the corresponding shift 17\.Ensure compliance with Maintenance and Production work procedures according to assigned PSOPs and SMPs managed under the Maintenance system. Ensure timely weekly compliance with TMS and closure of WTs so they do not exceed 30 days 18\.Monitor and close unsafe conditions and unsafe acts strictly following procedures to ensure safe operations across all plant operations 19\.Manage operating costs related to maintenance spare parts and tools 20\.Identify excess resources used in execution activities to reduce operational costs in Maintenance and Production activities 21\.Conduct Kaizen for each identified loss to implement containment actions that help reduce deterioration and/or extend the life or usage of components used in equipment and process systems such as paint consumables (MMs) and frequently replaced elements 22\.Carry out energy-saving projects to protect department KPIs and reflect savings in transformation cost in USD/unit Requirements: **Basic Requirements** 5 years of experience in maintenance and/or automation. Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering. English proficiency sufficient for fluent conversation. Skills in personnel and conflict management. Knowledge and handling of Allen Bradley processors and electrical control. Skill in analysis and troubleshooting of systems. Programming of Fanuc and/or Durr robots. Knowledge of paint application processes. Handling of D\-Net and E\-Net networks. AM \& PM, Maintenance Programs. Pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanics. Proficiency with computer systems. Experienced in using measurement equipment such as multimeters, meggers, oscilloscopes. Ability to read electrical and mechanical diagrams, process flow diagrams (P\&ID), safety relays, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Degree required Master's degree desirable. **Knowledge in:** **Operation, Programming and Maintenance of Fanuc and/or Durr Robots, intermediate/advanced level.
