PLANNING ANALYST Contract: Indefinite Salary: Competitive Location: Parque Industrial SPARTEK, Palo Alto (CP 76709\), Querétaro, México \| Mode: 100% on-site Working hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 **Position Objective** Support in the planning, control, and tracking of infrastructure and fit\-out data center projects, ensuring compliance with established deadlines, resources, and budgets through the use of management tools and data analysis. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop, update, and manage schedules in **MS Project or Primavera**. * Monitor the **physical and financial progress** of projects. * Generate **S-curves, progress reports, and variance analysis**. * Support in the **preparation of baseline budgets and forecasts**. * Consolidate weekly information on **procurement, field progress, and deliveries**. * Coordinate with construction, procurement, and logistics teams to keep information up to date. * Prepare **executive presentations and reports** for management and clients. * Support the implementation of **performance indicators (KPIs)**. * Maintain updated **control dashboards** (Power BI, Excel, etc.). **Requirements** * **Education:** Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechatronics, Business Administration, or related field. * **Experience:** 2 to 4 years in project planning or control (preferably in construction or data centers). * **Technical skills:** * MS Project / Primavera P6 * Advanced Excel (charts, formulas, dashboards) * Power BI or data visualization tools * Budget control and S-curves * Knowledge of electrical installation or telecom processes is desirable * **Languages:** Advanced Spanish, intermediate English (technical reading).
