Back Operations Coordinator Position Objective We are seeking a Back Operations Coordinator with experience in reconciliations, billing, and financial processes, responsible for supervising the correct operational execution and ensuring the accuracy of operations conducted with clients, partners, and financial partners. Main Responsibilities * Supervise daily and monthly reconciliation processes. * Coordinate payments, settlements, and validation of financial transactions. * Review and validate invoices issued to partners and clients. * Monitor operational workflows and identify inconsistencies. * Prepare operational reports and KPIs. * Coordinate communication with finance, commercial, technology, and BI departments. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. * Lead and monitor the operational team. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Experience in reconciliations, financial operations, or back-office processes. * Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory. * Accounting knowledge and invoice validation experience. * Basic SQL knowledge is desirable. * Experience leading teams.
